Introducing Laksen Sporting: Ground Breaking Country Clothing Designed to Impress 

Here at Out and About we are excited to become the latest UK stockist of Laksen Sporting. A brand we have chosen due its passion for traditional country pursuits, and eye-catching flair for detail.  

 Established in Denmark in 1977, Laksen Sporting has always been a ground breaking brand. In 1979 their passion for practical country attire gained them the first European license to manufacture clothing with Gore-Tex. (Dubarry didn’t gain the same license until the 1990’s) This allowed them to become market leaders in the waterproof-breathable market. By 1999 they had also developed waterproof-breathable, lightweight pure wool tweed products. Their passion for sporting adventures in every type of weather imaginable is ingrained in every piece they create.  

Ranging from the traditional tweeds to more modern flairs of bright colour to stand out from the crowd, we firmly believe Laksen Sporting has something to offer every lover of country sports. We have curated a collection with Pheasant and Partridge shooting particularly in mind and will be stocking a range in which you can be fully kitted out for the panicle season of the country calendar.
