Can I order an item from you that is not available on your website?
Yes. If there is a particular item that you’d like to order from us, please get In touch and we will do our best to get hold of this for you.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
You are able to spend your vouchers in either of our stores or online. All gift vouchers expire after 12 months, we cannot extend this.
Do you sell gift Vouchers?
Yes, we do sell gift vouchers. These are available to purchase in store and online. We sell £10, £25 and £50 gift vouchers. All gift vouchers will expire after 12 months from the date of purchase.

How will I know you have received my order?
Once we have received your order, you will get an order confirmation sent by email.
Do you ship worldwide?
We can arrange delivery outside of the UK. Please email or give us a call if you require this service, so we can arrange this for you and get you a quote for postage.
What If my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item then please get in contact with us by using our message icon on the website or email us and we can work to resolve this for you.
How do I know if an item on your website is available instore?
If there is a particular item you’d like to come and see or try, please get in contact with us. We can check the location of the item and get it to the store which is most convenient for you.

What are my delivery options?
Free Delivery when you spend £75 or more.
Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail - £3.95
First class tracked delivery via Fedex - £6.95
Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or Fedex. Your order will be processed within two days of placing the order.
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days of placing your order.
You do have the option to 'Click & Collect' from any of our Tuckwell Branches.
If you have not received your order in 5 working days please get in touch and we can provide you with tracking information.
How long will it take me to receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving the goods back.
Will you pay my postage for a return?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund back any postage on all items, unless the item was faulty.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, if you wish to swap an item then you must return it for a refund and place a new order.
What is your Christmas returns policy ?
We are extending our 14 day returns policy for Christmas gifts.
All Christmas gifts bought from 1st December can be returned until 14th January.
To ensure a full refund:
- Please keep the receipt and include in the return.
- Ensure all tags are still on the garment/s
- Ensure the garment/s have not been worn
How do I return an order?
Any web orders can be returned within 14 days, providing they are in the same condition as they were received, with the original tags on and all original paperwork, if we do not receive the original paperwork back and your item is now in the sale, we will only be able to refund the sale amount.

Full Price Items
All full price products can be returned up to 14 days after you purchased them, providing you have the receipt. The garment or footwear will need to be returned in it's original condition, with all tags on, to be refunded. We will offer you a full refund in the form that you paid.
Unfortunately, if this item is now in the sale, we will only be able to offer you credit to the current selling price.
Sale Items
All sale items are refundable. However, you cannot return or exchange any clearance items, this will be noted on the items description if you are unsure.
Can I return online orders to one of your stores?
Yes, you may return web orders in store and you will receive a refund within 5 working days. We are unable to give you any cash refunds instore for web order returns.
